Consulting and delivery for US companies

Systems advice, ERP and CRM implementation, cloud and AI automation for funded startups, mid-sized companies, enterprises and public bodies in the United States.

A city skyline at dusk

Time difference

A 9:00 meeting in New York is 18:30 or 19:30 in Ahmedabad.

What your systems must handle

Rules that shape a project in the United States

We design these into the system from the first workshop. Your counsel and accountants confirm the legal reading; we build the controls.

State privacy laws

California's CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, and a growing list of state laws give people the right to see, correct and delete their data. Your CRM and ERP need to find, export and erase one person's records on request.

Sales tax by state

Rates and rules change by state and by locality. Order and invoicing systems normally call a tax engine such as Avalara rather than storing rates by hand.

SOC 2 questions from your customers

If enterprise customers ask you for a SOC 2 report, your systems need role-based access, audit logs and documented change control from the start, not added before the audit.

HIPAA for health data

Every vendor that stores or processes protected health information, cloud hosts included, needs a business associate agreement, and access to that data has to be logged.

Public sector buying rules

Federal agencies require Section 508 accessibility and, for cloud services that hold federal data, a FedRAMP authorization. States set their own rules on top.

Where your data can live

Hosting in the United States

Ahmedabad is 9½ hours ahead of New York in summer and 10½ in winter, and 12½ to 13½ hours ahead of San Francisco. Your systems run in the region you choose; our team works on them remotely under the access rules you set.

Cloud providers add regions and services often. We confirm that every service you need is offered in your chosen region during cloud provider selection.

Who we work with in the United States

Four kinds of organization, one way of working

The same senior team runs discovery and delivery, whatever your size.

Funded startups

Seed to Series C

You raised to grow. The tools that got you to this round will not carry the next fifty hires.

  • A fractional CTO or technology advisor before a full-time hire
  • Platform choices made once, with an exit cost you understand
  • Finance, CRM and product data in one place for board reporting

Mid-sized businesses

50 to 1,000 people

Your teams run on several tools that do not talk to each other, and every month-end shows it.

  • A diagnostic of where time and money leak, before any software is chosen
  • ERP and CRM implemented around how your operation runs
  • Automation for the re-typing that is left

Enterprises

Divisions, programs and regional units

You need a senior specialist team for one program, without the overhead of a global integrator.

  • Architecture and integration reviews before a large commitment
  • Health checks and recovery for implementations that have stalled
  • Cloud cost, security and AI governance reviews

Government & public sector

Agencies, public bodies and funded programs

Your systems have to stand up to audit, procurement rules and public scrutiny.

  • Program, grant and case records with a full audit trail
  • Hosting choices that respect data residency rules
  • Written deliverables that fit a procurement file

We work with organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East, delivered remotely from Ahmedabad, India.

FAQ

Questions buyers in the United States ask

Time zones, data location and how the work runs, answered plainly.

Ask us directly
How do meetings work across the time difference?

Ahmedabad is 9½ to 10½ hours ahead of the US East Coast. Morning meetings on the East Coast fall in our evening, and we agree regular meeting slots in the proposal so nobody is guessing.

Can our data stay in the United States?

Yes. Your systems and data can be hosted in US cloud regions. Our team works on them remotely under the access rules and agreements you set, and we agree how that access works before the project starts.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. We are not a law firm or a tax adviser. Your counsel and accountants confirm what the rules require; we design and build the controls, reports and integrations that meet them.

Will you sign our NDA and vendor forms?

Tick the NDA box on the inquiry form and we send a mutual NDA before the first call. Send vendor registration forms and security questionnaires to info@ideentrix.com.
