Advice first. Software only when it is the answer.

We help you make technology, IT, cloud, AI and marketing decisions with evidence, then build the result if you want us to.

How an engagement starts

Three steps before any work is billed

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

You tell us what is not working. We tell you plainly whether we can help.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, deliverables, duration and price, agreed before anything starts.

  3. 03

    The work, then your decision

You get the deliverables. Whether to build, and with whom, is your call.

FAQ

Questions about consulting

Cost, ownership and who does the work.

Ask us directly
Do we have to hire you for the implementation afterwards?

No. Every consulting deliverable is yours to use with any vendor or your own team. If the honest answer is a simpler tool, or the system you already have, we say so in writing.

What does a consulting engagement cost?

It depends on the scope: how many departments, sites and systems are involved. After a 30-minute call we send a written proposal with the scope, deliverables, duration and price, before any work starts.

Who does the work?

The same people who would design and build the system if you go ahead. You do not get handed from a sales team to a delivery team.

Do you work with companies our size?

We work with funded startups, mid-sized businesses, enterprise divisions and public sector teams. Each engagement is scoped to the problem rather than your headcount, and if we are not the right fit we say so on the first call.

Can we talk under NDA?

Yes. Tick the NDA box on any inquiry form and we send a mutual NDA before the first call.

Next step

Tell us what is not working

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether you need advice, a new system, automation or none of them.
