How we build

How we approach cloud migration

Most cloud moves go wrong for the same reasons: a dependency nobody listed, a database that takes longer to copy than planned, or a monthly bill that nobody estimated. We plan around those risks before anything moves.

Each workload gets a decision: move it as it is, adjust it for the cloud, rebuild it, or retire it. We write the target setup as code, test it in staging, and switch over in an agreed window with the old system still available until the new one is confirmed.

What we deliver

Capabilities

Workload & dependency inventory

Every server, application, database and integration listed with what depends on it, so nothing is forgotten on cutover day.

Move, adjust, rebuild or retire

A decision for each workload, with the cost and risk of each option, instead of moving everything as it is.

Landing zone setup

Accounts, networks, identity and access designed before the first workload arrives.

Database migration

Replication or staged copies that keep downtime to the agreed window, with data checks before and after.

Rollback at every step

The old system stays available until the new one is confirmed, so a problem means switching back, not starting over.

Running-cost estimate

A monthly cost estimate agreed before the move, with budgets and alerts set up afterwards.

How we deliver

From audit to hypercare

  1. I-01 Infrastructure & security audit 1 week

We inventory every workload, dependency, backup job and current cost.

  2. D-01 Target architecture blueprint 1 week

We design the target setup on the chosen provider and estimate the monthly running cost.

  3. E-01 Infrastructure as code & pipelines 2–4 weeks

We write the infrastructure as code and build the deployment pipeline.

  4. E-02 Staging validation & failure testing 1–2 weeks

We test load, failover and restores in staging before anything goes live.

  5. E-03 Production cutover 1 week

We switch over in an agreed window, with a rollback path open until the new setup is confirmed.

How we build, compared with the usual shortcut

Copying every server to the cloud as it is and hoping the bill will be lower.

A decision for each workload, with the running cost estimated before anything moves.

Planned waves, each with a tested rollback path.

FAQ

Technical questions

Plain answers on contracts, integrations and support.

Ask us directly
Which cloud provider should we move to?

The one that fits your workloads, skills and data-location rules. If you have not decided, start with cloud provider selection; we compare Zoho Catalyst, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and E2E Networks in writing.

Will there be downtime?

Most moves need a short change window for the final data copy. We agree the window with you in advance and plan it outside your trading hours.

Can you move our ERP to the cloud?

Yes. Odoo, ERPNext and custom systems can move to any of these providers, and we plan the move around your month-end and other busy periods.
