Time difference

A 9:00 meeting in Berlin is 12:30 or 13:30 in Ahmedabad, so most of your working day overlaps with ours.

What your systems must handle

Rules that shape a project in Europe

We design these into the system from the first workshop. Your counsel and accountants confirm the legal reading; we build the controls.

GDPR and UK GDPR

Every system that holds personal data needs a lawful basis, retention rules and a way to export or erase one person's records. Transfers outside the EEA or UK, including to an offshore team like ours, need safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

E-invoicing mandates

Structured e-invoices are spreading across the EU: Italy has required them for years, Belgium from 2026, and Germany and France are phasing them in. Your ERP has to produce formats such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X or Peppol.

VAT across borders

Cross-border B2C sales usually go through the One-Stop Shop, and B2B sales often use the reverse charge. In the UK, Making Tax Digital requires VAT records kept and filed through compatible software.

The EU AI Act

Obligations phase in through 2027. AI used in hiring, credit and other high-risk areas needs documentation, human oversight and risk management, and every AI feature needs a record of what it does.

NIS2 security rules

Essential and important entities must manage cybersecurity risk and report incidents, and those duties reach the suppliers and systems they rely on.

Where your data can live

Hosting in Europe

Ahmedabad is 3½ to 4½ hours ahead of Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam, and 4½ to 5½ hours ahead of London and Dublin. Your systems run in the region you choose; our team works on them remotely under the access rules you set.

Cloud providers add regions and services often. We confirm that every service you need is offered in your chosen region during cloud provider selection.

Who we work with in Europe

Four kinds of organization, one way of working

The same senior team runs discovery and delivery, whatever your size.

Funded startups

Seed to Series C

You raised to grow. The tools that got you to this round will not carry the next fifty hires.

  • A fractional CTO or technology advisor before a full-time hire
  • Platform choices made once, with an exit cost you understand
  • Finance, CRM and product data in one place for board reporting

Mid-sized businesses

50 to 1,000 people

Your teams run on several tools that do not talk to each other, and every month-end shows it.

  • A diagnostic of where time and money leak, before any software is chosen
  • ERP and CRM implemented around how your operation runs
  • Automation for the re-typing that is left

Enterprises

Divisions, programs and regional units

You need a senior specialist team for one program, without the overhead of a global integrator.

  • Architecture and integration reviews before a large commitment
  • Health checks and recovery for implementations that have stalled
  • Cloud cost, security and AI governance reviews

Government & public sector

Agencies, public bodies and funded programs

Your systems have to stand up to audit, procurement rules and public scrutiny.

  • Program, grant and case records with a full audit trail
  • Hosting choices that respect data residency rules
  • Written deliverables that fit a procurement file

We work with organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East, delivered remotely from Ahmedabad, India.

FAQ

Questions buyers in Europe ask

Time zones, data location and how the work runs, answered plainly.

Ask us directly
How much of our working day overlaps with yours?

Most of it. Ahmedabad is 3½ to 5½ hours ahead of European capitals, so your morning is our afternoon. Workshops and reviews run live; the rest runs through shared documents and a project board you can see.

How do you handle GDPR when your team is in India?

Your data stays in the EU or UK region you choose. Our access is set by your rules, and the transfer safeguards, normally the Standard Contractual Clauses, are agreed in the contract before any personal data is shared.

Can you build e-invoicing into our ERP?

Yes. We check which formats and channels your countries require, then configure the platform's localization or build the integration to your e-invoicing provider or Peppol access point.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. Your counsel and accountants confirm what the rules require; we design and build the controls, reports and integrations that meet them.
