• Binding Contracts: No commercial engagement, delivery timeline, or financial commitment is created merely by using our website or submitting an inquiry form. Official commercial engagements are governed exclusively by mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

Client Project IP: For contracted client projects, ownership of custom software, database configurations and bespoke extensions developed by Ideentrix is set out in the individual project agreement signed for that project.
