How we build
How we approach cloud & DevOps
Many growing companies run production business systems on fragile, manually configured servers where nobody knows how to rebuild the system if a hard drive fails. Deployments require weekend maintenance windows and fingers crossed.

We implement modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization. Every server, database replica, firewall rule, and backup schedule is declared in version-controlled Terraform and Docker files. Deployments are fully automated through CI/CD pipelines with automatic rollbacks if health checks fail.

What we deliver
Capabilities
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform & Ansible)
Complete declarative infrastructure definitions. Spin up an identical staging or disaster recovery environment in minutes with a single command.
Automated CI/CD Deployment Pipelines
GitHub Actions and GitLab CI workflows that run automated linting, test suites, container builds, and zero-downtime blue/green or rolling releases.
Database High Availability & Automated Backups
PostgreSQL and MySQL primary-replica streaming replication, point-in-time recovery (PITR), and encrypted off-site backup snapshots tested monthly.
Cloud Hardening & Network Security
VPC isolation, private database subnets, Cloudflare WAF DDoS mitigation, SSL/TLS certificate automation, and strict IAM least-privilege security.
Monitoring, Alerting & Telemetry
Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog dashboards monitoring CPU, RAM, disk I/O, database query latency, and sending instant Slack/PagerDuty alerts.
FinOps & Cloud Cost Optimization
Auditing unattached storage volumes, right-sizing instance types, utilizing reserved/spot instances, or migrating heavy workloads to economical bare-metal cloud (Hetzner).

Continuous OS security updates, backup integrity verification, and monthly performance reviews.
Engineering standards
How we build, compared with the usual shortcut
SSHing into production servers to manually edit configs or run `git pull`.
Immutable container images built and tested in CI, deployed via automated pipelines.
Storing database backups on the same disk where the database is running.
Automated, encrypted, versioned backups pushed to geographically separated, write-once object storage.
Paying $3,000/month for over-provisioned AWS enterprise services that could run better for $300/month.
Pragmatic architecture choices: using right-sized cloud instances or modern dedicated metal where it saves thousands.
Which cloud provider do you recommend?
It depends on your compliance requirements, workload, and budget. For enterprise clients requiring global compliance and extensive managed services, AWS or Azure is optimal. For compute-heavy workloads where cloud bills keep growing, European providers such as Hetzner or OVHcloud are often much cheaper for the same capacity.
How do you achieve zero-downtime deployments?
We use container orchestration with health check gates. New application containers are spun up and verified healthy before traffic is routed to them, after which the old containers are gracefully shut down.
How are disaster recovery and backups handled?
We configure automated daily snapshots and continuous WAL (write-ahead log) archiving for databases to S3-compatible cold storage. We also test restoring from backups quarterly so you never discover a corrupted backup during a real crisis.
Can you help us migrate off an expensive hosting provider or legacy on-prem server?
Yes. We plan database migrations with read replicas and a rehearsed cutover window to keep downtime as short as possible.
