Cloud platform

AWS consulting, migration and managed operations

The broadest catalog of cloud services, from virtual servers to managed data and AI.

A corridor of server racks in a data center

AWS services we work with

  • EC2 virtual servers
  • RDS and Aurora databases
  • S3 storage
  • EKS Kubernetes
  • Lambda serverless
  • Bedrock and SageMaker for AI/ML

Honest fit

Where AWS fits, and where it does not

A strong default for companies that want a very wide choice of managed services, regions and third-party tooling, and have or can build the skills to run it well.

You keep the account and the bill in your company's name.

Best for

  • Workloads that need many managed services: databases, queues, analytics and machine learning
  • Teams that want the largest pool of hiring talent and third-party tools
  • Global applications that need regions in several countries

Not ideal for

  • Small teams without anyone to own account structure, security and the monthly bill
  • Companies standardized on Microsoft 365 and Active Directory that want the tightest Microsoft integration

How a move to AWS runs, week by week

Open any stage to see what we do and what we need from you.

We inventory every server, application, network rule, backup job and monthly cost, including the systems nobody remembers setting up.

What happens

  • Workload and dependency inventory
  • Access and backup review
  • Current cost breakdown

What you get

  • Workload inventory
  • Risk list
  • Cost baseline

What we need from you

  • Admin access to current servers and hosting accounts
  • Contact with application owners

Risk handled

Moving a system without knowing what depends on it.

We design the target accounts, networks, identity, backup and failover on the provider that fits, with a monthly running-cost estimate.

Gate: Nothing moves until the target design and running cost are signed off.

What happens

  • Provider fit check
  • Landing-zone design
  • Cost model

What you get

  • Target architecture document
  • Running-cost estimate
  • Migration wave plan

What we need from you

  • Sign-off on the design, the budget and any data-location rules

Risk handled

A cloud bill nobody expected.

We write the infrastructure as code, package the applications and build the deployment pipeline, so every environment can be rebuilt the same way.

What happens

  • Terraform and container setup
  • CI/CD pipeline
  • Secrets and access setup

What you get

  • Version-controlled infrastructure
  • Working staging environment

What we need from you

  • Application credentials and vendor contacts

Risk handled

Environments that drift apart and cannot be rebuilt.

We load-test staging and simulate failures of servers, databases and networks to prove backups, failover and alerts actually work.

What happens

  • Load and failover tests
  • Restore drills
  • Fix sprints

What you get

  • Test report
  • Tested restore procedure

What we need from you

  • Key users to check their applications in staging

Risk handled

Backups that have never been restored.

We replicate data, switch traffic in an agreed window and keep a rollback path open until the new setup is confirmed.

What happens

  • Data replication
  • Traffic switch
  • Rollback rehearsal

What you get

  • Live production on the new platform
  • Signed cutover checklist

What we need from you

  • An agreed change window and a short data-entry freeze if needed

Risk handled

Downtime during trading hours.

We patch, monitor, back up and review spend every month, and fix the root cause of repeat alerts.

What happens

  • Patching and monitoring
  • Backup checks
  • Monthly cost review

What you get

  • Monthly operations and cost report
  • Runbooks

What we need from you

  • Named contacts for escalation

Risk handled

Costs and risk creeping up after the project team leaves.

FAQ

Questions about AWS

Partnership, moves and billing.

Ask us directly
Are you an official AWS partner?

Our partner application is in progress. Whatever the status, we recommend AWS only when it fits your workloads, and we put our commercial relationship with every provider in writing before you decide.

Can you move us from another provider to AWS?

Yes. Moves between providers follow the same plan as any migration: an inventory, a target design with a running-cost estimate, staging tests and a cutover with a rollback path.

Who pays AWS directly?

You do. The cloud account and the bill stay in your company's name; we work inside it with the access you grant.
